Mercedes-Benz EQS Electric SUV worldwide unveil slated for 2022

German luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz is set to unveil the all-new EQS SUV worldwide on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.

The EQS SUV will use Mercedes-Benz’s new flexible electric vehicle architecture (EVA) which also underpins the EQS saloon and EQE saloon.

Designed to exceed all expectations, the completely new EQS from Mercedes-EQ is the first-of-its-kind fully electric luxury vehicle.

Exclusive to the EQS, this 56" curved glass instrument panel stretches from door to door to seamlessly merge three screens.

Mercedes-Benz will introduce a new operating system across its models for the 2024 model Operating System, or MB.OS, will be developed by Unity Technologies.

The beautiful design extends seamlessly inside the sleek interior, revealing the available Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) Hyperscreen.

Mercedes could possibly equip the EQS SUV with a powertrain similar to the EQS saloon. The SUV could be the EQS 580 with a tweaked version of the powertrain and is expected to offer a range of 600km
