2023 Tesla model Y Electric suv with an impressive performance

What’s new for the 2022 Tesla Model Y?

Model Y added variants last year, but reversed it for 2022 and removed standard range models, leaving only the long range and performance versions (for now).
The Model Y offers a higher cargo and passenger volume than the Model 3 sedan based on which it was built, and its bubbles provide a wider feeling for the greenhouse cargo to go along with more vertical space. The interior retains its ultra-minimalist layout that avoids conventional switches and buttons: virtually all vehicle functions are controlled via a center-mounted 15.0-inch touchscreen.
Both models come with dual-motor all-wheel drive and 326 miles for long range and 303 miles for performance. But the performance is much faster, running at 0-60 miles per hour in just 3.5 seconds as opposed to 4.8 seconds on the long range.
Multiple crash-test ratings complement standard safety features such as autopilot-adapted cruise control, blind-spot monitor, and active lane control. The full self-driving suite is also offered, but it still seems to be a misnomer as it does not allow actual self-driving.2022 Tesla model Y
2022 Tesla Model Y Desgin

Looking at the profile of the Model Y, it seems that someone has dragged the click-and-drag into the greenhouse of the Model 3, without changing the other proportions and giving it an awkward shape after the hood. Inside, Model Y spells out the minimalist interior of 2022 Tesla model Y.
The Model Y arranges five seats in a standard two-row configuration or seven seats with an optional third row. Leather upholstery, heated front seats and heated rear seats are ideal.2022 Tesla model Y
The front seats are comfortable and cozy and have enough head and foot chambers. The second row of seats tells a similar story, and they are surprisingly wide for a small crossover. The 3rd row seats are quite comfortable.
It should be noted that the SUV designation of the Model Y does not mean that it adds much ground clearance. This is an SUV that is meant for sidewalks, just under 6.6 inches. The Model Y’s greenhouse is 5.9 inches taller than the Model 3’s, and the raised roof makes for a more pleasant backseat experience.
Inside, the Model Y will still amaze those who have never experienced Tesla before. Many familiar hints are gone, there are no instrument clusters and even wind vents are hidden. Everything runs through a 15.0-inch touchscreen mounted horizontally above the dash within easy reach of both passengers. The contents still sit below the luxury level. Some wood trim and metal can be found, but panel gaps and build quality problems can be seen in some units. 2022 Tesla model Y
